In twenty-five years in business I’ve seen a lot.  I understand the organizations and businesses my clients lead and the issues they face, because I've been there.

I’ve been a tech General Manager, led small and large teams, built and launched new products, and run business development, sales and operations functions. 

I've worked with senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, startups, and local businesses. I’ve advised and coached dozens of CEOs and business owners and helped them achieve immediate results.

I’ve studied healthy organizations through an organization development lens - what makes them work and where they get off track. I look across my clients’ businesses and understand how the parts come together, or don’t, to create value.
